1. About WYW

WYW (What You Want) is operated by WYW Technologies Pty Ltd, a company incorporated in Queensland, Australia. WYW is an AI-powered lifestyle platform designed to connect users with runners (delivery partners) and businesses for food, errands, and on-demand services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WYW waitlist at wyw.app and any related communications. By submitting your details to the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Waitlist

The WYW waitlist is a pre-launch registration system. By joining, you:

• Express interest in accessing the WYW platform when it launches
• Consent to receiving communications from WYW about the platform, launch updates, and the Founding Member Draw
• Acknowledge that joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform or any specific features
• Confirm that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you

WYW reserves the right to modify waitlist priority, access order, or launch timelines at any time without notice.

3. Founding Member Draw

WYW is running a promotional draw for waitlist members. There are three separate draws, one for each signup category:

• User Draw: Free delivery credits equivalent to one year of standard delivery fees on the WYW platform + $10,000 AUD in WYW dollars to spend
• Runner Draw: Free fuel credits equivalent to one year of standard fuel costs for a WYW runner + $10,000 AUD in WYW dollars to spend
• Business Draw: 1 year at 0% commission on WYW platform delivery revenue — valued at approximately $72,000 based on $20,000/month delivery revenue

Each draw is conducted separately. Entrants are automatically entered into the draw corresponding to their signup category.

Conditions:

• The draw is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over
• One entry per valid email address
• Additional entries may be earned by referring friends who sign up using your unique reference code
• The draw will be conducted after WYW's public launch in Brisbane
• Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at signup
• WYW dollars are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire 12 months from the date of issue
• WYW reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the draw at any time prior to the draw date
• This promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram, Meta, WhatsApp, or X Corp

4. Acceptable Use

When using the WYW waitlist, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit multiple entries
• Attempt to manipulate the draw through fraudulent referrals
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the operation of the waitlist or backend systems

WYW reserves the right to disqualify any entry and remove any person from the waitlist for breach of these conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the WYW name, logo, design, copy, and visual elements — is the property of WYW Technologies Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any WYW content without prior written permission.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. We will never sell your data to third parties.

7. Disclaimers

The WYW platform is in pre-launch development. All features, pricing, and service descriptions on this website are indicative only and subject to change.

WYW makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, functionality, or timeline of the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, WYW is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the waitlist or reliance on information provided on this website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

9. Changes to These Terms

WYW may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
